Participation in the events or membership of the BMW Motorcycle Club Den Haag (herein after referred to as “the Club”  is entirely at your own risk. Participants are personally liable for all direct and indirect damages of any kind caused by the act or negligence of themselves or the person for whom they are liable. The Club accepts no liability for damage of any kind before, during or after the activities, events, rides and / or multi-day trips. Each participant must take care of all valid travel documents and necessary insurance. Your vehicle and your responsibility as a driver must comply with applicable legislation, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
